Kenya Hunter is a senior media relations associate at Spotlight PR who is passionate about storytelling that makes the world a better place. Before joining Spotlight, she worked as a journalist covering education, race, and public health with bylines at The Associated Press, Capital B Atlanta, and the Richmond Times-Dispatch.

She later worked in communications for Gwinnett County’s Department of Water Resources. Kenya is also a postpartum doula and perinatal nutrition educator, where she supports families with a commitment to equitable maternal health outcomes.
