You are in a position to investing for the long haul. I have a lot of sympathy for emerging brands and individuals seeking attention for their work. But even under the best circumstances, public relations involves sustained investment. Too many times, I meet leaders who want to promote their work, and they want microwave results. For most people, media attention comes from sustained action, repeated investment and continual pitching. Sure you want to see a return on your investment, but that return will not happen overnight.
